Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Floats purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please email info@floatsinc.com, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you through the return process.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your sunglasses for a different style, please email info@floatsinc.com with your order number and the style you wish to receive.

Once your exchange request has been approved, we will ship your replacement sunglasses along with a prepaid return label. Please use the same packaging to return your original pair.

The original sunglasses must be returned within the specified return window. If the original item is not received, Floats reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for the full retail value of the replacement item and pursue any available remedies to recover the merchandise.

Please note that all exchanged products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once received.
